TRINITY OF LOVE is the first song on Peter's CD 'Growing in God'. The songs/ hymns on this album were intended to convey concepts and themes common to various religious education programs, and various key liturgies, especially those involving young people. .

Religious educator ED BROWN wrote about 'Trinity of Love':
"The mystery of the Blessed Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, is the central mystery of Christian faith and life, however it can be a very difficult and challenging belief to explore deeply with children. As we know, Christians are baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. We believe that The Trinity is One. Christians do not confess three Gods, but one God in three persons.

The use of Peter Kearney's song ‘Trinity of Love’ therefore would be highly suitable for use with students when developing an understanding of the mystery of the Blessed Trinity. The simplicity of the song, especially with its emphasis on the Sign of the Cross, captures the essence of the Blessed Trinity: Three persons One God".
